Elmhurst, IL — Lexington Health Care Center of Elmhurst (420 W. Butterfield Rd., Elmhurst, IL) will host an Affordable Care Act Seminar on Wednesday, December 4, at 6:00 p.m.
The seminar will feature a presentation by Melany Leitner, a Certified Federal Navigator for the Affordable Care Act. Topics to be discussed include new health insurance products, the new federal subsidy, the 2014 penalty for not electing health insurance and what it means to be grandfathered.
Appetizers, refreshments and a small Holiday Gift will be provided to all in attendance.
