Dear ECCI Members,

Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the success of our 107th Annual Awards Gala. It was a memorable evening, and we are grateful to all who played a role in making it so special. Congratulations again to our award recipients, and thank you to our sponsors for being part of this important celebration.

We are proud to host our Second Annual Local Business Leadership Summit: AI, Cyber Security, and Succession Strategies, in partnership with Elmhurst University  and the City of Elmhurst. This year’s program features an exceptional panel of speakers, including John Kampas, Walter Salek, and Rich Reichert, who will share valuable insights on today’s most relevant business topics.

As workforce needs continue to evolve, we invite you to connect with emerging talent through our upcoming Multi-Chamber Job Fair in partnership with College of DuPage on Thursday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.. If your business or organization is seeking employees or interns, this is a great opportunity to engage with students, community members, and recent graduates exploring internships, part-time, and full-time roles. Exhibitor tables are still available—secure yours today HERE.

We encourage you to take part and connect with the next generation of talent!

We also welcomed Signature Golf Society to Elmhurst at their recent ribbon cutting. It was wonderful to see our Ambassadors, Board members, elected officials, and staff come together to support a growing local business. We are proud to continue fostering connections that strengthen our business community.

On April 30, we are excited to host a fun and interactive Business After Hours at Aqueity. Join us from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at 1101 31st Street in Downers Grove for an evening of connection and innovation.

Guests will experience hands-on AI technology demonstrations, including Aqueity’s in-house tools, Microsoft AI applications, and emerging AI gadgets shaping the future of business.

As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary, the City of Elmhurst is advancing plans for the 108th Annual Elmhurst Memorial Day Parade, blending tradition with a renewed spirit of national celebration on Monday, May 25 | 9:30 a.m.
