District 205 Board of Education

Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205 is governed by a group of seven elected officials, referred to as the Board of Education. Each member is elected to serve four consecutive years and is eligible for an unlimited number of terms.

Elmhurst City Centre is a not-for-profit organization of business and property owners that collectively markets and manages downtown Elmhurst via promotions such as the Rock The Block Party, public art displays, Block To Block Party live musical performances, directories and gift certificates.

Elmhurst Choral Union

Elmhurst Choral Union is an outstanding auditioned volunteer chorus, singing with a professional orchestra and soloists, performing classical masterworks and great choral music of all eras.

Elmhurst History Museum

An award-winning regional history museum founded in 1957 and operated by the City of Elmhurst, the Elmhurst History Museum engages residents and visitors into history with collections, exhibits and education.

Elmhurst Art Museum

Named the “Best Suburban Art Museum in Chicago” by Chicago Magazine, the Elmhurst Art Museum is a premiere cultural destination known for the quality of its visual arts, architecture and educational programs.  Along with its permanent collection, EAM showcases traveling exhibitions, juried competitions, and group and individual exhibitions.
