Pritzker, City of Elmhurst Mayor Steve Morley requested that Elmhurst and DuPage County be removed from the Northeast Region (with Cook County and the City of Chicago) within the five-phase Restore Illinois plan in order for local businesses to open earlier than the late June projection or possible later.
