The Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce and Industry Board of Directors approved the appointment of a new Board of Directors Secretary for the 2026 term at its regular monthly meeting held on January 20 in the Hammersmith Community Room at Community Bank of Elmhurst.
We are pleased to announce that Tammy McGowan has been appointed to serve a one-year term as Board of Directors Secretary.
Tammy is a 25-year resident of Elmhurst and brings valuable professional and civic experience to this role. She has worked with Phillips Flowers in Elmhurst as well as Maddock Douglas, and previously served as an elected member of the Pick Subdivision Board. In that capacity, she helped lead efforts to consolidate the subdivision into the Elmhurst Park District in 2015.
