Celebrate Halloween in downtown Elmhurst at York Theatre’s annual BOO-tiful Halloween celebration on Saturday, October 27, presented by Elmhurst City Centre. Families are invited to enjoy a FREE morning screening of How to Train Your Dragon (PG) at 9:30 AM at the York Theatre, 150 N. York Street. After the movie, continue the fun with trick-or-treating throughout downtown Elmhurst.
The animated adventure follows a young Viking who dreams of becoming a dragon slayer, only to form an unexpected friendship with a dragon that changes everything he thought he knew. Filled with humor, heart, and high-flying action, the film has become a family favorite.
“Each year, Halloween is one of our favorite events as families gather for costumes, community, and a free movie experience,” said Chris Johnson, Vice President of Classic Cinemas.
