U.S. Chamber Seeks Small Business Tariff Relief
The United States Chamber of Commerce today sent a letter to top officials in President Donal J. Trump’s administration responsible for tariff work expressing concern about the impact felt by small businesses across the country and asking for immediate relief.

The Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce and Industry, aligning with the United States Chamber of Commerce, has signed a letter to Congress urging federal lawmakers to preserve the B-SALT deduction to prevent a hidden tax increase on American businesses.

While Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker presented an optimistic outlook for the Illinois economy during his Annual “State of the State” Budget Address in Springfield on February 19, the Illinois Chamber of Commerce cited several fiscal concerns that remained unaddressed.
