On September 26 and 27, the Kiwanis Club of Elmhurst will return to the city’s streets for their annual Peanut Day fundraiser.  They are asking for your support in either purchasing a box of peanuts or pretzels or helping underwrite the cost with a donation.  New this year you can also donate a box of peanuts to our Military Men and Women fighting for our freedom.

Boxes will be delivered the week of September 29 for you to share with co-workers, friends or for Halloween treats.

Proceeds from Peanut Day and Pancake Day (held in May) allow us to provide more than $20,000 annually to serving children, families and organizations in need locally.  Proceeds help with District 205’s Food for Thoughts Program, Elmhurst Library Summer Reading Program, Elmhurst YMCA camps, NEDSRA Special Olympics, and many other worthy causes.

The Kiwanis Club of Elmhurst thanks you in advance for your generous support.
