Award-winning artist exhibits at Elmhurst Artists’ Guild gallery
With more than 200 awards to her name, Addison artist Annette Perone Leiber is hosting an exhibition of her artwork from October 25 through December 4 in the Elmhurst Artists’ Guild gallery at the Elmhurst Art Museum, 150 Cottage Hill Ave., Elmhurst. Entitled “Intrinsic,” the show includes some 75 works of art in mixed media paintings, mixed media sculpture and watercolor in abstract and impressionistic styles.
An artist’s reception, free and open to the public, is scheduled for Friday, October 30, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the EAG gallery.
The Leiber exhibit can be viewed during regular Museum hours, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm; Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 7 pm. The first Friday of each month is the Museum’s free admission day. At other times, admission for adults is $8 and for seniors $7. EAM members, students and children under 18 are admitted free.
