The Board of Directors of the Elmhurst Chamber is comprised of a minimum of 18 Directors as elected by the membership to serve 3-year terms (6 Directors with terms expiring in 2017, 2018 and 2019, respectively) and an annually-appointed Treasurer, plus 3 Ex-Officio members representing the City of Elmhurst, Elmhurst Community Unit School District 205 and Elmhurst Park District.

Committees

The Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s Board of Directors receives input and recommendations from its Executive Committee and four Standing Committees–Marketing, Membership, Ways and Means, and Governmental Affairs–on policies and procedures, products and services, membership recruitment and retention, fundraising and friendraising, and events and partnerships.  Standing Committees are chaired by a member of the six-person Executive Committee.
