Starting in 2020, a pageable online version of the annual Elmhurst Community Directory is now available, including Community Information, Buyer’s Guide, Membership List and display advertising.
COVID-19 State Aid Deadline, Start-Up Is April 1
April 1 is both the deadline and start-up date for small businesses damaged by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic to apply with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (IDCEO) for a portion of $90 million in emergency grants and low-interest loans, respectively.

Illinois Treasurer Offers COVID-19 Bridge Loans for Small Businesses
Illinois small businesses can tap into $250 million in low-interest bridge loans as soon as this week to help push through the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs announced on March 23.
Illinois Extends Tax Deadline, Offers Small Business Aid
Building on measures designed to address the unprecedented economic challenges facing Illinois families during the COVID-19 pandemic, Governor JB Pritzker on March 25 announced a three-month extension of the income tax filing deadline and several new programs to provide more than $90 million in financial relief to small businesses across the state.
Restaurants, Bars Provide Patrons “Dine Out” Options
Some 30 Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce & Industry members are among nearly 90 food and beverage businesses in Elmhurst that will remain open during Illinois Governor J.B.
