As Coronavirus (COVID-19) infection and hospitalization rates across Illinois increase—particularly in low-vaccinate-rate downstate communities–Illinois Governor J.B. Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (IDCEO) on August 11 announced the $250 million Back to Business (B2B) grant program to support the continued recovery of small businesses across Illinois.
