In applying for membership in the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the applicant agrees to pay the registration fee of $25.00 and first-year dues (see charts below) of $ __________ and following the suggested formulas for annual dues continuing thereafter until membership is cancelled by written resignation while in good standing.
Payment options include cash, check, charge (Visa or MasterCard) or direct debit. New members participating in our direct debit program must pay a $100 downpayment and their registration fee by cash, check or charge.
